Membership & Meetings

As a parent or guardian, you are automatically a member of BHESA.

We kindly request a minimum suggested contribution of $25 per family per year to help support our programs and events.

To get started, please register through our directory platform, Classroom Parent, and submit your dues using one of the following methods:

  • Venmo: @BHESA-Store

  • Cash

  • Check (payable to BHESA) — sent via backpack mail to:

    BHESA – Dues

2025-2026 Meeting Dates

The zoom link is emailed out the day of the meeting. 
Meetings are open to all parents and typically last about 45 minutes. We encourage everyone to attend to stay informed about past and upcoming school events. You'll also hear updates from our treasurer, school principal, and teacher liaison.
